Designer update

Happy Birthday Peace Sign!

It looks as young as ever, but this year the peace sign turns the big 5-0. To mark the occasion, Barneys New York not only chose a Hippie Holiday theme but along with Earth Pledge asked 30 designers, including Maison Martin Margiela, Stella McCartney, Rodarte, and Giambattista Valli, to
create sustainable outfits incorporating the symbol of bohemian harmony. Pictured here is Threeasfour’s sketch. To see them all in the flesh, swing by Barneys Madison Avenue, where they’ll make their debut in the windows.

  2. I think its really cool, and mysterious . But I wonder how peaceful she feels, with all the peace signs bombarding her body?? And the red color is somehow translating to me as she’s bleeding to get out of the dress.

  3. 50 years already, I think it’s the perfect time too, because of our new president, I am glad to see that the world is getting better about keeping the peace in between the world the only thing we now have to hope that gets better is the war, and we are hoping our new president will do the deed
